RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

THERE ARE NO RETURNS NOR EXCHANGES ON INTIMATES, SWIMSUITS AND FOOTWEAR. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE 

 

At Marockin customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping.

Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.

 

EASY RETURNS

We will accept returns within 14 days for an exchange / store credit. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team should you have any concerns around getting your return product back to us, we will be happy to help.

 

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

 

MAROCKIN does not cover the cost of returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.

 

7 Day Returns Warranty

Customers can contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Customer care.

 

Changing or canceling orders 

You can cancel your purchase, if your order has yet not been proceed. Please e-mail us immediately, our Customer Services Team will happily assist you.  

 

NOTE: 

All valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit / Refund.

Final Sale items cannot be returned for store credit. 

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. 

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). 

Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. 

All items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned for store credit. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center. 

MAROCKIN is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

 Additional notes about Warranty

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused / unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable. 

 

We do not accept returns on intimates, swimwear and lingerie items or discounted items, unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.

 

Compensation time-frame

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution. After this time, the refund time-frame is as below: Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours.

Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

RETURN POLICY:

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

      2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
      Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned .

      ***Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, formal dresses, bodysuits, bodysuit sets, mask, any sets including a mask, footwear and all accessories.

      3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

      4. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back 

      5. Shipping fees are non refundable.

      Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

      **Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number. A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
